The thought process of creating Mr. Sushi
Mr. Sushi is a fast-growing ‘Take away & Delivery’ food formula with Asan roots. They stand for high-quality sushi and innovation in sushi preperation and meal deivery. With a good price/quality ratio and fresh appearance. They are at the top of the Dutch Sushi formulas.
I decided to redesign one of the biggest Sushi formulas in The Netherlands, because I felt like they could stand out more. The goal was to create a brand that stands out from other sushi shops. I did this by redesigning their logo and creating a mascot that represents “Mr. Sushi”.
